Western Dental DHMO or MetLife affiliated Dental Health Care Service Plan?

I have to choose between Western Dental DHMO or MetLife affiliated Dental Health Care Service Plan. I need some help making this decision. Can somebody help?

1. I know that metlife is pretty good what you need to look for and compare is your annual maximum and copay by percentages and it is best if you can choose the dentist you want instead of being assigned to one.Good luck
2. don't go near anything that have the words "western dental" in it...
